A Little Note About My Doula Packages
While many doulas offer "labor-only" support, I am not one of them, and that's intentional! I've seen firsthand the challenges that can arise when we haven't had the opportunity to prepare together, even with the most experienced moms. So much of my work happens long before we ever enter the birth room. Those prenatal visits aren't just about education. They're about building trust, understanding your wishes, preparing for the unexpected, and making sure we're truly a team when labor begins. I believe you deserve more than someone who only shows up when contractions start.
