Hi Friend!
IT'S NICE TO MEET YOU.

I'm Abby.
Rico, my amazing hubby pictured above, is my best friend. We've been married for over 10 years and have three beautiful babies. We're blessed to serve together on various ministry teams together. I've worn many different hats over the years.
Now I'm wearing these three:
doula, photographer, and theologian.
At first, I wasn't sure how I felt about being three things at once. Then I realized that if it's okay for God to be three in one, it's fine for me too.
But like, are you a teacher? Are you a prophet? Are you a pastor? What do I call you?
Just call me Abby.
A bondservant of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Theology Background
I hold a Diploma in Biblical Theology from the Kineo Ministry Training Center. Currently, I am enrolled in the Master of Arts in Theology (MAT) program at Liberty University, where I am pursuing a master's degree in biblical theology. After graduation, I plan to continue my studies toward a doctorate in theology. I am under the guidance of an incredible local pastor in Georgia, serving in various ministerial roles.
Doula Background
After gaining a deep understanding of birth, particularly unmedicated labor outside the hospital setting, I began exploring the topic in the classroom. In 2023, I attended my first certification class to become a Professional Labor Doula. The hands-on training and experiences related to home births, both firsthand and secondhand, proved invaluable. I am a certified Labor Doula and VBAC Specialist, and additionally, I am a certified home birth midwife assistant.
Photography Background
In 2010, I began taking photos as an amateur photographer. As I gained knowledge and through an incredible mentorship, I was able to create amazing photos, a few of which were published. In 2019, I captured my first birth. I began capturing more births and started to gain some traction in the home birth community in North Georgia. The more births I attended, the more I felt called to become a Labor Doula.
