I’m a mom of three, and each of my birth experiences has been unique and beautiful: one partially medicated hospital birth overseas, one fully medicated hospital birth, and one unmedicated home-birth induction. Each story was different, and each one was sacred.

My goal is simple: for you to have the birth of your dreams, whatever that looks like. I want you to feel supported, empowered, and confident as you bring your baby earthside. I pray you have the care you need and the strength to make decisions that are right for you and your family.

What's a Doula?

A doula provides physical, emotional, and educational support throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth. We come alongside you so that you don’t have to walk this journey alone.

What makes My Doula Care Different?

In addition to the physical, emotional, and educational support you’d expect from a doula, I also bring spiritual support into the birth space. I believe birth is more than a medical event—it’s a spiritual one. That conviction shapes how I show up for families: with prayer, peace, and the presence of the Holy Spirit.
